How much is shipping?

Shipping coasts to your location are determined by package weight.

How long does shipping take?

Once Your Package is with the Shipper it generally takes 2-7 days, depending on your distance from our location. 

Will the package have any references to 420 on it?

All orders are sent in a plain box. We are called THE BONG SHOP, so let us know if it needs to be sent stealthier.  

Do I have to ship to my billing Address?

Why is signature required for delivery?

This provides better tracking and arrival verification of your package.  We want your items to get to you and no one else.

You don't ship to my country 

We currently ship to Canada only

I gave the wrong shipping address

Email us as soon as you realize your mistake so we can correct it before your order ships. 

When will my order ship?

Maybe it shipped already. We try our best to ship all of our orders as quickly as we can.  Most orders leave in under 48hrs. Typically your order will ship the day after you placed it. If you placed your order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday we will be shipping your order the following Monday.

I didn’t get my tracking number.
