Due to the personal nature of many of our products, The Bong Shop.ca does not accept returns of any kind on the sale of Glass and or Accessories.  As such please choose wisely.  Should you need additional information, Please contact us. All glass sales are final sale.    

With the exception of items damaged in shipping.  Should you receive a damaged product, notify us immediately thru email thebongshoponline@gmail.com 

Occasionally the product you ordered may not be in stock, and we may have to refund your purchase. Unfortunately, this could result in the service providers charging fees back to both parties.  We do not refund service fee charges.
