Returns and Damaged Goods
All orders are packed professionally. Once a package leaves The Bong Shop facility it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company and the customer.
Refused orders are subject to freight charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Damages and shortages must be reported to The Bong Shop within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Because of the personal nature of many of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged in shipping. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product purchased from us, we encourage you to contact us.
